Aluminium dihydrogen tripolyphosphate
1.Usage: Aluminium dihydrogen tripolyphosphate is the ideal substitute of toxic antirust pigments containing lead or chrome. This product is superior to such antirust pigments as lead red, zinc chrome yellow and zinc phosphate in rust prevention and practicality.
2.Properties: White powder, insoluble in water, density: 2.6-3g/cm, nontoxic, not irritative to skin, free of harmful heavy metal elements like lead or chrome and good thermal stability. With wide adaptability, it is very cost-effective for only little amount required in production of coating materials and flexible in color mixing for its white color.
3.Applications:
a.This coloring pigment is able to widely substitute conventional toxic antirust pigments such as lead red and zinc chrome yellow in the production of various prime coats and combined coating materials. it can be used together with various coloring pigments, filling agents and antirust pigments in the production of high performance anti-corrosion coating materials.
b.It is applicable to the production of dissolvent type of coating materials such as formaldehyde phenol resin, alkide resin, epoxy resin, epoxy polyester and acrylic resin as well as water-soluble resin coating materials such as highly adaptable water-soluble epoxy ester dipping paint.
c. It is also applicable to the preparation of high build paint, powder coating, organic titanium-contained anticorrosion coating, on-rust paint, bituminous paint, zinc-rich primer, fire-retardant coating, heat-resistant paint, etc.
